Our ability to secure the best rates lies not just in rate negotiations, but also in our knowledge of the hospitality industry that comes with this insider access. As a FROSCH Entertainment client, you will have access to agency-negotiated contracts and suppliers that complement your specific needs, and your Account Manager will examine travel patterns in an effort to proactively identify new opportunities for supplier discounts. Through aggressive negotiations and managing of on-going supply chain relationships, FROSCH is able to get the best rates for you. These combined with other multi-channeled rate comparisons (i.e. creative ticketing, low cost carriers, etc.) will result in the lowest fares offered at all times by our highly experienced staff.
AIRLINE PARTNERSHIPS
FROSCH is a preferred partner with OneWorld, Star Alliance, and SkyTeam Airline Alliance. Due to sustained high-volume bookings, we have specialized relationships and insider deals with most of the industry’s leading airlines and private charter companies. These relationships amount to average savings of 8-12% on core travel costs (i.e., discounted airfare, fee waivers, etc.), as well as premium upgrades and credits when available. In addition, we have negotiated exclusive “Entertainment/Production” rates with some of our airline partners in order to provide our clients optimal savings on every trip.
HOTEL PARTNERSHIPS
FROSCH Entertainment travelers will have access to all hotel inventories, including published and standard corporate room rates, stored within the GDS and accessed through a variety of additional channels. As a member of the Signature Travel Network, FROSCH travelers have access to over 900 quality hotels around the world. Each hotel offers guests specially discounted rates, complimentary breakfast for two daily, room upgrades, and early check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability).
The FROSCH Hotel Collection contains more than 400 hotels located worldwide, offering discounted rates and/or special amenities. All participating properties offer FROSCH clients Best Available Rates (“BAR”) and soughtafter amenities such as complimentary WiFi and breakfast. We will utilize our preferred partnership status with hotel companies to ensure preferential treatment for our travelers.
As an addition to FROSCH’s extensive hotel collection of over 400 hotels, we have built an inhouse FROSCH Entertainment Hotel Collection with special rates, amenities, and other benefits exclusive to our Entertainment clientele.
These programs are complimented by FROSCH’s membership in ABC’s Premier Hotel Program, as well as preferred partnerships with the industry’s leading luxury hotel companies.
CAR PARTNERSHIPS
FROSCH offers opportunities to work with major car rental companies worldwide. Preferred car rental programs available include partnerships with Avis, Budget, BostonCoach, Carey, Enterprise/National, Hertz, Limolink, and Music Express. Programs are differentiated by discounts compared to standard rates, and a wide variety of options are available, should your preferred supplier be unavailable for a specific itinerary.
