Our management team has extensive experience overseeing the most sophisticated local, regional, and global travel programs. Collectively, they have serviced clients from the following creative sectors – film, fashion, sports, music, advertising, and media – on top of many other industries.

Maggie Kealey began her entertainment travel career in 1980 as an apprentice in a small Connecticut agency, where she became specialized in handling VIP itineraries and comprehensive travel for diverse entertainment entities – these included movie studios, touring musicians, sports teams, couture fashion shows, and top company executives behind all of the above. Maggie also owned her own agency for many years which became the #1 group in Los Angeles responsible for handling ‘A-List’ clientele. Upon joining FROSCH, Maggie brought her personal expertise as well as a trusted team of associates skilled in handling the discreet and intricate travel plans for talent, production, and corporate VIPs across all entertainment sectors. With a top team in place, she launched the FROSCH Entertainment division out of Raleigh Studios, a renowned 11-acre film studio complex and top tourist attraction in central Hollywood. Now co-headquartered in Hollywood, NYC, and London and with global capabilities through FROSCH’s 35+ offices, Maggie and her highly experienced team are excited to further build their reputation as the best travel management solution for the broad entertainment and creative industries.

Nancy Devine launched FROSCH Entertainment with Maggie Kealey, joining her on the west coast as EVP of Operations. She began her diverse travel career working at Unitours as a leisure agent and then joined American Express as a ticketing supervisor.  She eventually moved from Sacramento to L.A. to handle meetings, incentives, and alumni groups. Through the 1980’s, Nancy was the Manager at Mark Allan Travel and specialized in handling entertainment clientele. Nancy also served as the Director of Operations at Walt Disney and Carlson Travel. In 1994, she joined Hoffman Travel as the Director of VIP Services, catering to all of the top Entertainment VIPs. After seven years at Hoffman, Nancy joined Altour Entertainment where she handled personal and business travel for A-list celebrities. Nancy brings this diversity of travel industry experience and success to FROSCH, all complemented by her specialty in and passion for the entertainment travel sector.
