DUTY OF CARE

TRAVELER SAFETY & SECURITY

FROSCH Entertainment will implement a scalable Duty of Care program that includes a suite of traveler tracking, security, and related risk management services, including FROSCH’s proprietary PinPoint traveler tracking and incident reporting system. Although these responsibilities vary greatly between industry, location, and each particular travel program, FROSCH Entertainment provides valuable consultation, proven processes, and strategic partnerships to assist clients during the planning and preparation of a successful duty of care program that is suitable within the context of your unique corporate requirements.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT UNIT TRAVEL BULLETIN & ALERTS SYSTEM

As a first level of support, our in-house Incident Management Unit (“IMU”) gathers information from over 500 sources that provide local information and news. A regular travel bulletin and alert system is managed by the IMU Team and serves to inform travelers of: inclement weather affecting travel, airport and carrier delays, political demonstrations and civil unrest, natural disasters, and terrorist attacks.

Through our traveler tracking system, the IMU sends out immediate traveler notifications to all clients in the affected area, via email, telephone and SMS, depending on the risk level of the event. Warnings can also be communicated through mobile tools and automatically downloaded to calendars. Where conditions are marginal and travelers are compelled to travel, we provide safety and security information on our website.

EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP INTERNATIONAL SOS

As the second and most comprehensive level of support, FROSCH is one of only a few TMCs in the world to be a Premier Provider partnered with International SOS, the world’s leading healthcare, medical assistance, and security services company. Additionally, we are the only TMC in the world with rights to provide live International SOS feeds directly to our clients via customized client portals and via our website.
